Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed by noon on a working day (excludes Public Holidays) are processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders which are placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
If there is an issue with your order processing or dispatch we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss, and let you know how your order will then be processed and delivered.
**Please note in order to give you the best service in terms of delivery and prices, we have strategically partnered with suppliers who may process your orders directly from their warehouse. This helps in keeping fair prices of the products and also helps in achieving economies of scale. Depending on what products you have ordered, you may receive multiple deliveries to receive your ordered products.
Amending or Cancelling orders
Once you have completed your order at checkout it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore we are not able to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order and wish to cancel, you will need to return the whole order once it has been delivered to you. We advise you to contact us immediately with 48 hours so that we can give you the best possible suggestion.
Please note All postage and handling charges associated with returning the goods to Divine Yoga Shop are your responsibility.

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unused, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Goods with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Eligible refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Exchange of items
We only exchange and replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange items for any other reason(s).
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your purchase all together, this would be treated as Returns. Please check Returns procedure above. In case of Returns, Divine Yoga Shop cannot be held responsible for shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Incorrect/ Damaged/ Faulty Items Delivered
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
If you receive goods that are faulty or incorrect on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by post, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website).
