This is a small Whatsapp group daily Pranayama program (Hatha Yoga style) where we learn new Breathwork techniques coupled with easy exercises and soul journaling.
The program is self-paced so you can do the breathwork exercises conveniently at home. It is an initiative to make the Pranayama practices highly flexible but at the same time accountable so we learn how effective it can be when we breathe better.
